Annebergs IF

Annebergs IF was one of 395 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2013. They participated with one team in Boys 11. In addition to Annebergs IF, 106 other teams from 27 different countries played in Boys 11. They were divided into 26 different groups, whereof Annebergs IF could be found in Group 16 together with FC Goussainville 2, Tunisiana Football Academy 2 and Mölnlycke IF 2. Annebergs IF continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 16. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against JDFS Alberts with 2-5. In the Final, SKF Latvia SK Supernova won over Hammarby IF and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 11. Annebergs IF also participated in Boys 11 during Gothia Cup 2012. They reached the 1/8 Final in B11 Slutspel B, but lost it against Hisingsbacka FC with 0-2. Annebergs comes from Kungsbacka which lies approximately 23 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Kungsbacka does also provide 64 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2013 (Among others: Balltorps FF, FC Amhult, Kållered SK, Mölndal Fotboll, Hovås-Billdal IF, IK Zenith, Åsa IF, Öckerö IF, Qviding FIF and Särö IK).
