Redlands AYSO

Redlands AYSO was one of 30 clubs from USA that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2012. They participated with one team in Boys 16. In addition to Redlands AYSO, 188 other teams from 34 different countries played in Boys 16. They were divided into 47 different groups, whereof Redlands AYSO could be found in Group 36 together with IBV 2, IL BJØRN and Delsbo IF Blå. Redlands AYSO continued to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group 36. In the playoff they made it to 1/64 Final, but lost it against Sander IL with 0-3. In the Final, InterClubes won over FBK Karlstad and became the winner of Slutspel B in Boys 16. Redlands AYSO comes from 9310 Vodskov which lies approximately 130 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around 9310 Vodskov does also provide 7 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2012 (Roanoke Stars, MSEI/Midsouth FC, JUSC, Texas Spirit SC , Saudi Falcons FC, Aalborg Chang and Special Olympics Denmark).
