FC Deren Sumida

FC Deren Sumida was the only club from Mongolia that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2012. They participated with one team in Boys 14. In addition to FC Deren Sumida, 204 other teams from 25 different countries played in Boys 14. They were divided into 51 different groups, whereof FC Deren Sumida could be found in Group 3 together with Kullavägens BK, Örgryte IS and Happy Valley Football Club. FC Deren Sumida continued to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/64 Final, but lost it against Högaborgs BK with 2-6. In the Final, Chivas Guadalajara won over Fyllingsdalen FK 1 and became the winner of Slutspel A in Boys 14. FC Deren Sumida comes from 131-0032 Ulaan Baatar which lies approximately 5900 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place.
