Special Olympics Lithuania

Special Olympics Lithuania was one of three clubs from Lithuania that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2012. They participated with one team in Kim Källström Trophy. In addition to Special Olympics Lithuania, 27 other teams from 12 different countries played in Kim Källström Trophy. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Special Olympics Lithuania could be found in Group 2 together with Special Olympics Azerbaijan, LUI Handicapidræt and Special Olympics Latvia. Special Olympics Lithuania comes from LT- KAUNAS which lies approximately 800 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. Other than Special Olympics Lithuania, the club Panevezys FM does also originate from the area around LT- KAUNAS.
