San Javier Guadalajara

San Javier Guadalajara was one of 12 clubs from Mexico that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2012. They participated with one team in Boys 12. In addition to San Javier Guadalajara, 140 other teams from 32 different countries played in Boys 12. They were divided into 34 different groups, whereof San Javier Guadalajara could be found in Group 3 together with Mölnlycke IF, Bath and IF Brommapojkarna 1. San Javier Guadalajara made it to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group 3. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Beirut FAC with 1-2. Thereby San Javier Guadalajara finished second in B12 Slutspel B during Gothia Cup 2012. San Javier Guadalajara comes from GUADALAJARA which lies approximately 9500 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place.
