Helgerød/Sandar/Storebergan

Helgerød/Sandar/Storebergan was one of 53 clubs from Norway that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2012. They participated with one team in Girls 17. In addition to Helgerød/Sandar/Storebergan, 84 other teams from 14 different countries played in Girls 17. They were divided into 21 different groups, whereof Helgerød/Sandar/Storebergan could be found in Group 14 together with BK Ljungsbro, ATSV Scharmbeckstotel and Karlbergs BK. Helgerød/Sandar/Storebergan continued to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group 14. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Varhaug 2 with 1-2. In the Final, Skurups AIF won over Linköping Kenty DFF and became the winner of Slutspel B in Girls 17. Helgerød/Sandar/Storebergan comes from 3218 Sandefjord which lies approximately 180 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around 3218 Sandefjord does also provide two additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2012 (Runar, IL and Nøtterøy IF).
