Baltyk Gdynia

Baltyk Gdynia was one of two clubs from Poland that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2012. They participated with one team in Boys 15. In addition to Baltyk Gdynia, 233 other teams from 41 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 57 different groups, whereof Baltyk Gdynia could be found in Group 7 together with Sollefteå GIF FF, TSV Weyhe-Lahausen, IFK Lidingö FK and Club América Coapa 4. Baltyk Gdynia continued to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to 1/64 Final, but lost it against Centre de Saint-André with 2-4. In the Final, ACBB Paris won over Kampala Junior Team and became the winner of Slutspel A in Boys 15. Baltyk Gdynia comes from 81-572 Gdynia which lies approximately 540 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. Other than Baltyk Gdynia, the club Lechia Gdansk does also originate from the area around 81-572 Gdynia.
