Ystads IF FF

Ystads IF FF was one of 417 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2012. They participated with one team in Boys 14. In addition to Ystads IF FF, 204 other teams from 26 different countries played in Boys 14. They were divided into 51 different groups, whereof Ystads IF FF could be found in Group 1 together with Interesporte, Mönsterås GoIF and Alets Idrottsklubb. Ystads IF FF continued to Slutspel B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Hittarps IK Röd with 3-4. In the Final, IFK Berga won over GAIS and became the winner of Slutspel B in Boys 14. Ystads comes from Ystad which lies approximately 280 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Ystad does also provide four additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2012 (Genarps IF/Dalby GIF, IFK Trelleborg, Skurups AIF and Oxie IF).
