Nora Pershyttan BK

Nora Pershyttan BK was one of 417 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2012. They participated with one team in Boys 16. In addition to Nora Pershyttan BK, 188 other teams from 34 different countries played in Boys 16. They were divided into 47 different groups, whereof Nora Pershyttan BK could be found in Group 40 together with Täby IS 2, SP Paulista and SC Sternschanze. Nora Pershyttan BK continued to Slutspel A after reaching 1:st place in Group 40. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Delsbo IF Blå with 0-2. In the Final, Paris F.C won over Cruzeiro EC and became the winner of Slutspel A in Boys 16. Nora Pershyttan comes from Nora which lies approximately 270 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Nora does also provide four additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2012 (IF Eker Örebro, Rävåsens IK, Örebro SK FK and Sturehov, IK).
