SK Haugar

SK Haugar was one of 53 clubs from Norway that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2012. They participated with one team in Boys 14. In addition to SK Haugar, 204 other teams from 26 different countries played in Boys 14. They were divided into 51 different groups, whereof SK Haugar could be found in Group 26 together with Pequeninos do Jockey 2, FBK Karlstad 1 and Södra Skärgården IK. SK Haugar continued to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group 26. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Falköpings FK with 2-3. In the Final, IFK Berga won over GAIS and became the winner of Slutspel B in Boys 14. SK Haugar comes from 5538 Haugesund which lies approximately 430 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. Other than SK Haugar, the club SK Djerv 1919 does also originate from the area around 5538 Haugesund.
