Kvicksunds SK

Kvicksunds SK was one of 417 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2012. They participated with one team in Boys 12. In addition to Kvicksunds SK, 140 other teams from 32 different countries played in Boys 12. They were divided into 34 different groups, whereof Kvicksunds SK could be found in Group 21 together with Maharashtra, Kungsladugårds BK 1 and Senlis, U.S.M. 1. Kvicksunds SK continued to Slutspel B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 21. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Happy Valley Football Club with 1-3. In the Final, Beirut FAC won over San Javier Guadalajara and became the winner of Slutspel B in Boys 12. Kvicksunds SK comes from Kvicksund which lies approximately 320 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Kvicksund does also provide 17 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2012 (Among others: Triangelns IK, Skiljebo SK, BK Sport, IFK Eskilstuna, IFK Västerås FK, Surahammars FK, Skogstorps GoIF, Barkarö SK , Gideonsbergs IF and Hallstahammars SK).
