Schweriner SC

Schweriner SC was one of 70 clubs from Germany that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2012. They participated with one team in Boys 18. In addition to Schweriner SC, 147 other teams from 33 different countries played in Boys 18. They were divided into 36 different groups, whereof Schweriner SC could be found in Group 1 together with Clube Olímpico do Montijo, ISA Italia and Täby IS. Schweriner SC continued to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Oxie IF with 1-3. In the Final, Corsa FC 1 won over C.B./Oeste Solidaria and became the winner of Slutspel B in Boys 18. Schweriner comes from Schwerin which lies approximately 460 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place.
