SG LTW Leezen was one of 70 clubs from Germany that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2012. They participated with one team in Boys 13. In addition to SG LTW Leezen, 126 other teams from 33 different countries played in Boys 13. They were divided into 31 different groups, whereof SG LTW Leezen could be found in Group 31 together with South Dartmoor CC, Onsala BK and Egernførde UF. SG LTW Leezen continued to Slutspel B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 31. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Karlskrona AIF 2 with 1-2. In the Final, Tynecastle Football Club 1 won over JäPS and became the winner of Slutspel B in Boys 13. SG LTW Leezen comes from Leezen which lies approximately 440 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Leezen does also provide 14 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2012 (Among others: SC Egenbuettel, SV Rugenbergen, SC Buntekuh Lübeck, Ellerau, SC, TSC Wellingsbüttel, Halstenbek-Rellingen SV, SC Sperber, FFC Oldesloe, KFV Neumünster and KFV Segeberg).
