Stewarton Annick FC

Stewarton Annick FC was one of four clubs from Scotland that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2012. They participated with one team in Boys 18. In addition to Stewarton Annick FC, 147 other teams from 32 different countries played in Boys 18. They were divided into 36 different groups, whereof Stewarton Annick FC could be found in Group 32 together with Varnhems IF, KF Besa-Peja and Oppsal IF. Stewarton Annick FC continued to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group 32. In the playoff they made it to 1/64 Final, but lost it against Tranås FF with 1-5. In the Final, Corsa FC 1 won over C.B./Oeste Solidaria and became the winner of Slutspel B in Boys 18. Stewarton Annick FC comes from Kilmarnock, KA3 3HJ which lies approximately 1000 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Kilmarnock, KA3 3HJ does also provide two additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2012 (Valspar FC and Lenzie Youth Club).
