Allschwil, FC

Allschwil, FC was one of three clubs from Switzerland that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2012. They participated with one team in Boys 11. In addition to Allschwil, FC, 111 other teams from 29 different countries played in Boys 11. They were divided into 28 different groups, whereof Allschwil, FC could be found in Group 24 together with GAIS, FC Nordost Berlin and Sandlyckans/Kullavik IF. Allschwil, FC continued to Slutspel B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 24. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Fässbergs IF 1 with 0-4. In the Final, IFK Göteborg won over Accademia Gaggiano and became the winner of Slutspel B in Boys 11. Allschwil, FC comes from 4123 Allschill which lies approximately 1200 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place.
