Fortuna FF

Fortuna FF was one of 417 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2012. They participated with one team in Boys 15. In addition to Fortuna FF, 233 other teams from 42 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 57 different groups, whereof Fortuna FF could be found in Group 2 together with Makati FC, PMZ Postavy and IF Böljan. Fortuna FF continued to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/64 Final, but lost it against Club América Coapa 4 with 0-14. In the Final, ACBB Paris won over Kampala Junior Team and became the winner of Slutspel A in Boys 15. Fortuna comes from Helsingborg which lies approximately 190 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Helsingborg does also provide 22 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2012 (Among others: Ödåkra IF, Höganäs BK, Brunnby FF, Billesholms GIF, Förslövs IF, Ängelholms FF, Kullabygdens DFF, Ramlösa Södra FF, Hittarps IK and IK Wormo).
