Ljungskile SK

Ljungskile SK was one of 417 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2012. They participated with one team in Boys 15. In addition to Ljungskile SK, 233 other teams from 42 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 57 different groups, whereof Ljungskile SK could be found in Group 19 together with TJ Tatran Rako Rakovnik, FC Spilamberto, Skara FC and TSV Uesen. Ljungskile SK continued to Slutspel A after reaching 1:st place in Group 19. In the playoff they made it to 1/64 Final, but lost it against Vake-WIT 1 with 0-3. In the Final, ACBB Paris won over Kampala Junior Team and became the winner of Slutspel A in Boys 15. Ljungskile SK comes from Ljungskile which lies approximately 52 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Ljungskile does also provide 16 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2012 (Among others: Ödsmåls IK, Vallens IF, Trollhättans BoIS, IFK Uddevalla, Herrestads AIF, Ytterby IS, Ale U United, Stenungsunds IF, IK Oddevold and IK Kongahälla).
