Rönninge Salem Fotboll

Rönninge Salem Fotboll was one of 417 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2012. They participated with one team in Girls 15. In addition to Rönninge Salem Fotboll, 110 other teams from 12 different countries played in Girls 15. They were divided into 27 different groups, whereof Rönninge Salem Fotboll could be found in Group 21 together with Jitex BK, St. Paul Blackhawks, Skultorps IF and Högsby IK. Rönninge Salem Fotboll continued to Slutspel B after reaching 5:th place in Group 21. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Ulricehamns IFK with 0-1. In the Final, Kristianstad DFF won over Skara FC and became the winner of Slutspel B in Girls 15. Rönninge Salem comes from Rönninge which lies approximately 370 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Rönninge does also provide 51 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2012 (Among others: Spånga IS FK, IF Brommapojkarna, AIK FF, Bollstanäs SK, Tullinge TP, Värtans IK, DFF, Vasalunds, Boo FF, IFK Lidingö FK and Hammarby IF).
