Trönninge IFTrönninge IF

Trönninge IFTrönninge IF was one of 417 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2012. They participated with one team in Girls 13. In addition to Trönninge IFTrönninge IF, 39 other teams from 9 different countries played in Girls 13. They were divided into 10 different groups, whereof Trönninge IFTrönninge IF could be found in Group 10 together with Åsa IF, Frigg Oslo FK and Bagarmossen Kärrtorp BK. Trönninge IFTrönninge IF continued to Slutspel A after reaching 1:st place in Group 10. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Boo FF with 0-6. In the Final, Södra Sandby IF won over Boo FF and became the winner of Slutspel A in Girls 13. Trönninge IFTrönninge comes from Eldsberga which lies approximately 140 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Eldsberga does also provide 7 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2012 (Alets Idrottsklubb , Förslövs IF, BK Astrio, Vejby IF, Hjärnarps GIF, Haverdal IF and Centern, IF).
