Valspar FC

Valspar FC was one of four clubs from Scotland that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2012. They participated with one team in Boys 15. In addition to Valspar FC, 233 other teams from 42 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 57 different groups, whereof Valspar FC could be found in Group 27 together with IK Viljan, Hipica Campinas, Bjärreds IF 2 and NK Aluminij. Valspar FC continued to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 27. In the playoff they made it to 1/64 Final, but lost it against A.S.D. Castenaso Villanova with 1-2. In the Final, ACBB Paris won over Kampala Junior Team and became the winner of Slutspel A in Boys 15. Valspar FC comes from KA7 2ND Ayr which lies approximately 1000 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. Other than Valspar FC, the club Stewarton Annick FC does also originate from the area around KA7 2ND Ayr.
